NEW: We can only enter the ship to address information that was provided by the customer. If the customer provides the wrong ship to address information and this results into an
undeliverable package and therefore a return shipment, or UPS has to perform research and address correction in order for the package to be delivered, we reserve the right to
place additional charges on the credit card/eCheck used at the time of order or to bill such charges to check/money order customers. These charges may vary by service necessary in order to get the package back to our warehouse or to deliver
the package to the customer. We can't be held liable for delays in package delivery if the customer provided the wrong address.
The majority of our orders are shipped UPS Ground (US only),
UPS Canada Standard Service (Canada only) and International Air or Sea Freight (international).
Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 5-8 business days
after receipt of your order.
We are shipping from different US locations depending on product availability.
All orders are processed as soon as payment has been received. Please
note that orders paid by check / money order as well as eCheck orders need
to complete the fund transfer before your order ships.
Please find all available UPS shipping methods as well as price
quotes at the time of checkout of your order.

Credit Card orders received by 12:00noon PST Monday through Friday
are usually processed and shipped the same day. Exceptions are holidays. We will notify you if your order
was received on time but we are unable to ship your order the same day.
