What should I expect after I've completed my order?
Answer:
Your order is complete!
After you click the "Confirm Order" button, you will receive
a thank you page.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation
within a few moments of placing your order. Your order number will
be included. We encourage you
to save or print your e-mail Order Confirmation for your records.
This e-mail will also include a secure link (e-mail address and password
are required) to a formal invoice/receipt that you can view/print.
Order Shipped & Order Updates: We will e-mail you with
the UPS Tracking information once your order ships, and as we obtain
updates on the status of your
order.
To Review Your Order: Reviewing your Order Information is
easy. Just log in to your account and look for the "Account
Info" link in the top menu bar. It links you
to your account where you can edit
your account information and
view/print your account
history.
