Question:
How do I place an order on-line?
Answer:
If you have already an on-line account established click on the "Login" link
and log in to your account (Fig 1 and 1a).
To add items to your shopping
cart click on the "Products" link in the side bar
(Fig. 2 and 2a).
Browse through the product categories (Fig. 3). You have two options
placing
items
in your shopping cart:
- Click on the "Buy Now" button (Fig. 3a) next to each
product listing. This will add one of the selected items to your
cart and
displays your current shopping cart.
- Since we have structured volume pricing and don't have enough
room available to display the entire pricing table on the list
page please click on the product image or product detail link (Fig.
3a). This will open up the product in a separate page (Fig. 4).
This page holds all information available about the selected item
including
the
structured volume-pricing table (Fig. 4a). At this point decide
on the quantity of the selected item that you would like to add
to
your
shopping
cart, type that number into the text field and click on the "Add
to Cart" button (Fig. 4a).
The selected item is placed into your shopping cart (Fig. 5). If
you need to change the desired quantity of a particular item you
can
do so
in
your shopping
cart (Fig. 5a) by typing a new number into the Quantity text field
and click on the "Update Cart" button. If you
would
like to remove
an item from your cart simply check the box in the remove column
(Fig. 5a) in your shopping cart then click on the "Update Cart" button.
Your updated cart is displayed with the new numbers / without the
removed items.
Once you have all desired items placed in your shopping cart click
on the "Check Out" button (Fig. 5a). If you are already
logged in to your account you will automatically go to the billing
and shipping
options page. If you are not logged in to your account you are presented
with the login screen (Fig. 1 and 1a). Please log in to advance to
the billing and shipping options page (please note that if you have
placed
items
in your shopping cart at a prior visit and have not removed those
items or made that purchase, those items are still in your shopping
cart! If you don't have an account on our system please select the "New
Customer" option and click on the "Continue" button
(Fig. 1 and 1a) to create an account. You must have an account on
our system before you can place your order. Please fill out all information
on this page (Fig. 6) then click on the "Continue" button
(Fig 6). UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Once you have created your new account you will advance
to the billing and
shipping
options
page.
On the billing and shipping options page (Fig. 7) please select
your desired method of payment (Fig. 7a) (click
here to
see what type
of payments we accept and how the selected payment
option will affect your order) and the desired method of shipment
(Fig. 7b) (click here to learn
more about shipping
cost), enter any required information as well as special instructions
in the "Comments" field (Fig. 7b) then click on the "Continue" button
(Fig. 7c).
At this point our system will perform certain validation and checking
routines. Once all information has been verified you will advance
to the "Order Confirmation" screen (Fig. 8). On this page
you can review your order, shipping and payment details (Fig. 8a).
If everything is
correct click once on the "Confirm Order" button (Fig.
8a) to process your order. Please be sure click the "Confirm
Order" button (Fig. 8a) only once to avoid double processing of your order.
If you need to make changes to your order on the "Order Confirmation" screen
simply press the back button on your web browser or use any one of
the links in our menu bar. If you do so your entered billing information
(credit card number, eCheck information etc.) needs to be re-entered
at the next checkout attempt.
Once your order is processed by our system you will receive a confirmation
/ success message (Fig. 9 and 9a). You will also be notified via
e-mail of your successful order. NOTE: Once your
order has been placed you will not be able to make any changes to
this
order
on-line.
Please contact Customer
Service for assistance.You may click on the "Account
History" button (Fig. 9a) to track/view
your order that you have just placed. You can also view/print
a detailed invoice. Please track your order and inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. Please report any damage to the package or it's contents to us right away. Read more about what to do if your ordered item(s) is(are) damaged.
