SmartCart™ Feature:
If you are a registered account holder at ProProductsSales.com you
may log in to your account, place items that you would like to
purchase into your shopping cart. This shopping cart, when not
checked out/purchased will be stored for later. When you log in
the next time you will be able to either continue the check out
process or remove the saved items from your shopping cart.
Account History:
As a registered account holder at ProProductsSales.com you can review/print
previous orders, which is a great feature when it comes to record
keeping.
Edit/Update Account Information:
You can log in to your account at any time and update your account
as needed. You can of course call us at 1.800.464.2443 and have
one of our representatives make those changes for you. Please always
make sure that the billing address you are entering matches the
billing address on the credit card / eCheck you are going to use
to place your current order. Otherwise you may experience difficulties
during the order confirmation process because the AVS system will
not be able to match your billing address associated to your credit
card / eCheck.
New Product Announcements:
You have the option to opt-in to our mailing list (please see our
privacy policy for details when
it comes to sharing of information). You can opt-out at any time
by simply logging in to your account
information control panel and click on "Edit Account".
On the right side column towards the top you will see a checkbox.
If this box
is checked you are opted in to our mailing list. If you uncheck
this box you will no longer receive new product announcements or
upcoming specials notifications. However, you will still received
your order confirmation e-mail as well as order updates via the
e-mail address you provided at sign up. If you have any questions
regarding our product announcements or would like to opt-out by
phone please call customer service at 1.800.464.2443 Monday through
Friday between 8:00AM and 5:00PM PST. We will be happy to assist
you.
