The German-engineered System MPL 20 x 20-inch exterior access door features an innovative design to provide access on exterior walls while maintaining an invisible, architecturally pleasing appearance. This door comes standard with concealed touch latch closures and cylinder lock. The door is not hinged but rather rests on cone type pins and is completely removable. The door must be installed with the pin side down. This door is designed and shipped ready to be installed in either 1/2" or 5/8" walls. Superior engineering and precise manufacturing provides a minimal visible, narrow gap of 1/16" between frame and door.

• Access Door Frame: lightweight, welded aluminum frame designed for non-framing, reverse mounting. Frame is recessed 1/2" or 5/8". 
• Access Door Hinge: Open pin hinge with removable door. Removable catch cable/chain installed on door & frame for safety.
