Fire Rated Access Door - This door is constructed like our 24" x 36" 1-1/2 hour fire rated doors, however does not have the certification label (UL or ULC). Manufacturer fire rating for walls only.

• 1 1/2 hr. rated - not UL tested
• Concealed hinge
• Galvanized steel drywall bead flange. Also available with regular 1" wide flange
• Available in Primer Coated Steel or Stainless Steel with galvanized steel drywall bead flange
• Standard with universal self latching bolt operated by knurled knob/flush key and Rim Cylinder Lock (optional)

 

Description:
This Acudor FB-5060-DW constructed like our 24" x 36" FB-5060-DW however does not carry the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for 1-1/2 hours "B" label in walls and ULC for 2 hours "B" label in walls approval. Designed to maintain continuity in a 2-hour fire barrier wall, the FB-5060-DW should be used whenever it is necessary to provide access in fire rated walls, when temperature rise is not a factor. 1-1/2 hour manufacturer fire rating for walls only.

• Access Door: Flush to frame, 16 gage Primer Coated Steel or Stainless Steel door with reinforced edges
• Access Door Frame: 16 gage mounting frame with galvanized steel drywall bead flange. Also available with regular 1" wide flange and anchor straps
• Access Door Hinge: Concealed hinge
• Access Door Fire Rating: 1-1/2 hour for walls only - Not UL tested due to oversize
• Closure: Universal self-latching bolt, operated by either a knurled knob or flush key
• Access Door Finish: Steel: 5-stage iron phosphate preparation with prime coat of white alkyd baking enamel. Stainless Steel: #4 satin polish.
