  *When installing this door vertically (in a wall) this door must be installed with opening pointing up and hinge side down or it will not open smoothly
The DW-5058 access door is designed to provide access in walls and ceilings, while maintaining an invisible, architecturally pleasing appearance. This door comes standard with a concealed touch latch closure. Designed and shipped ready to be installed in 5/8" drywall. The frame/door can be reversed and a 1/2" drywall can be installed on the other side of the door so that this door can also be installed in 1/2" drywall.

• Access Door: .080 aluminum extrusion with 5/8" drywall in door panel. The other side is ready to receive a 1/2" drywall panel (not included).
• Access Door Frame: .080 aluminum extrusion recessed to provide similar edge to drywall bead to allow for finishing of wall or ceiling surface. Frame is recessed 5/8" on one side, and 1/2" on the other side
• Access Door Hinge: Hinge Pin made of spring steel allows door panel to open to 90 degrees, and also allows for door panel to be removed from frame and reversed (for 1/2" drywall application). Safety chain installed on door & frame for safety.
• Access Door Closure: Concealed Touch Latches are standard. Also available (coming soon): screwdriver operated cam latch, allen head cam latch, spanner head cam latch, cylinder lock & key.
• Access Door Finish: Mill Finish. Drywall is ready to be finished to match surrounding wall or ceiling surface.
