Description:
The Elmdor FRC 12x12 is U.L. rated for 1-1/2 hours "B" label in walls, and by Warnock Hersey for 3 hours in ceilings and 2 hours in walls.  The E-FRC is utilized when access to fire rated walls and ceilings is needed.  The door features heavy-duty spring closures to ensure positive latching when panel closes.  An interior latch release is also included on all doors to enable unlocking from inside.  This door should be used in walls when temperature rise or heat transmission is a factor. Max. size is 24" X 36".  This door is also available with galvanized steel drywall taping bead flange and in stainless steel construction.
