The Acudor W-APS Series 24x24 air-tight/gas-tight aluminum floor access doors are designed to hold up to 25 ft. head of water. Floor access door is available with a cast-in-concrete frame and a retrofit frame design. The diamond patter tread plate door panel is equipped with a flush aluminum drop handle and 2 water-tight cam locks, an automatic hold open arm with red vinyl grip.

• Floor Access Door Material: Aluminum door and frame: stainless steel hinges and hardware
• Floor Access Door: 1/4" aluminum diamond plate reinforced for live load of 1560 pounds/per sq. ft. (capable of holding up to 25 ft. head of water)
• Floor Access Door Frame: either as cast into concrete frame mount, or retrofit drop in mount
• Floor Access Door Hinge: Stainless Steel hinge with tamperproof stainless steel bolts and nuts
• Floor Access Door Opening Device: Automatic hold open arm with red vinyl grip allows door panel to open to 90 degrees, locking the door in open position, and allowing for easy control when closing door panel. When required, stainless steel compression springs can be provided to add lift assistance
• Access Door Closure: Flush aluminum drop handle with 2 water-tight cam locks
• Floor Access Door Finish: Mill finish, with optional bituminous coating on exterior of frame
