The Babcock-Davis series aluminum floor access doors are designed for interior and exterior applications where water resistance is required. The gutter / channel frame construction with integral anchor flange is designed to cast into concrete and is also available in a retrofit / bolt-in design. The diamond plate door panel is equipped with a flush aluminum drop handle and an automatic hold open arm with red vinyl grip. Spring assist and slam latch with removable L-handle is standard. Plumbing is required to properly drain (provided by others).
