FF Systems, Inc. System B1s flush access door is an economical and attractive access door for walls and ceilings. This quality product is ideally suited for apartments, condominiums, and office buildings. A spring loaded, concealed pin hinge allows for the door to be removable. A low profile frame flange provides a flush installation. Extendable anchor straps give you that deeper reach for mounting in different wall types. A slotted square bolt cam latch can be operated either with a standard screw driver or tool key (add on). Additional features include a flush fit door panel with formed edges.
