Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Answer:
We are required by law to add applicable sales tax when we are shipping a retail order to an address in the state of Nevada. If you are outside the state of Nevada you are responsible for any applicable sales / use tax.

Since Resellers / Dealers provided a valid resale certificate ID they are exempt from paying sales tax on their orders with Pro Products Sales, even if they are located in the state of Nevada. Resellers / Dealers are responsible for charging the appropriate sales tax at the time of resale of the product(s) purchased.
